We have had this model for nearly 3 years. I am very pleased with all the features it has! Also, it makes great popcorn( a big plus for my hubby!)! In fact we liked it so much, we bought another just like it for our 2nd home. Keypad is easy to read, I like that I can adjust noise levels,etc. The 'extra 30 seconds' button is very nice feature.
I would recommend this to a friend!

We bought this microwave oven to replace one almost identical to it that we had purchased several years ago which worked very well until it cratered. After all, there is a life span to appliances like this that are used many times a day. We loved the old one so we decided to buy another one as close to it as we could. It helped also that there was no learning curve for us with this one (are appliances like this getting more complicated, especially for seniors?). Even though this one is fairly new, we find no problems with it. We expect the same satisfaction we experienced with the old one.
