Nice and big!

I had to replace my GE Profile microwave that was over 10 years old. This one is nicer than the one I replaced....I like the rounded back and the sleek look.

Good Replacement Oven

I picked this model because it was almost exactly the same size as the GE model it was replacing and it would fit into my existing trim kit above the oven. Pretty much the same features as the old model it replaced that died after 10 years of service, with the keypad setup just different enough to make you pay attention. It is 1200 watts, so it cooks a little quicker than my old model at 1100 watts. The only real negative I have to say about it is the door feels a little cheap when you close it. Kind of like a nice car with doors that are a little too light and don't have a solid sound or feel when you close them.

We have had this microwave for less than a week at this point but so far are pleased with the performance of this oven. We were really in the market for a smaller size microwave but bought this larger one because of all the positive reviews. So far we are pleased with our purchase since this model performs better than expected.

Quiet microwave, extremely quiet.

We now have 2 GE microwaves. The new one is a large one used for multiple dishes at once. Very quiet fan. The other one is a microwave range hood. The fan runs everytime we use it, quite loud, somewhat of a nuisance. But it works beautifully.

Big but noisy.

This counter top unit is quite large inside, but it is noisy when it is running and I haven't figured out how to add specific cook times. If you press a number button, it heats for that many minutes. And there is a "add 30 seconds" button.
