Disappointing reliability and noisy turntable

This is our 3rd or 4th buy of this particular model. The ONLY reasons we have repeated is that it is stainless, and fits our cabinet. But we have had to replace every 3 to 4 years. And the turntable is noisy, even though this unit is only a few months old. I'll be better prepared next time and have another make selected when this one fails.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The curved corners make it easy to keep clean and the touch pad is simple and easy to use. The large cooking space is very nice.
