I bought a GE microwave in 2001, It stopped working o 4/12/2016, I got my Manuel with the Model number, called GE and gave the agent the model number to her and she gave me the number of a micro that was the same as the model I had, told the cost and where to buy it. Which I did and it was on sale. Needless to say I was very happy that I had the Manuel, I was always very pleased with the oneI had and now I have the same thing, I hope it lasts just as long.
