Replacement for old GE of same size

The old one we had held up for 10 years. Did develop rust like condition around door but over-all was a good machine. This one is .2 CF larger but fits in same under counter opening. 23 7/8" wide. Do wish you had stainless steel in that width but could not find it. All seemed to be 241/4" wide. Good quality for the price.

great while it lasts

This model matches our other GE appliances in the kitchen, so we have continued to buy it. We're on our 4th one in less than 10 years. I really like its performance, but just wish it was built to last longer than a year or two.

I bought this unit to replace my old one. Stuck with GE as I have with all my other appliances because of their reliability and longevity of use . This unit has a larger capacity and more power which is even better than the previous model and has a help mode which cuts out having to spend time going through the operations manual when a new feature confused me. Great Unit ! Very Happy !

Great replacement

I haven't used this one yet, but it's replacing our old GE microwave that finally died yesterday after 6 years of service! Hoping that this one lasts as long. The buttons are close to the old one too, so there won't be a lot of retraining on the new one. Our old one was white, but our only choices were black or stainless. I'm not a stainless fan, so black it is. Only thing I can already tell, dust is going to be as annoying and apparent as fingerprints on the stainless. Otherwise, got a good deal on it and hope for years of usage.

Had the microwave for a month. Works great, very powerful. Especially enjoy the automatic popcorn and minutes buttons. Very spacious and blends in well with other applicances.

Bought this a couple of week ago and to add on I had my previous GE microwave and it lasted a good 10 year. This microwave is even better, bigger and easy to clean.
