easy to use

The title pretty much says it all. Besides the push 1 for a minute function, the other options are convienent to use. I esp. like that the defrost option will defrost the whole thing without cooking half of it at the same time. This size allows me to cook a large meal when I have guests.

Easy to clean, but LOUD

It is being used in an office, so most likely used more often than a home use. We've had it for a few months now and I don't expect it will last much longer, it is getting VERY loud like the motor is struggling. I did not choose this machine, our company maintenance person picked it up for us.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Very serviceable oven

The stainless steel finish

I bought this microwave for all the features and the way it looks. I was also very happy to find out there is a mute button for sound. I really like the express cook and the ad 30 seconds feature. Also very easy to clean with the curved walls.
