This is a good microwave. There are two things I don't like about it.1. The timer never stops. and 2. The obvious start/stop buttons should be more obvious and not lost within the other buttons on the microwave.

First One Lasted Almost 8 Years

We initially purchased two of these at one time (we have 8 kids). After nearly 8 years, one has finally just stopped heating things. It is still as clean as it was the day we took it out of the box (so we have taken care of it), and it still turns on and spins, but nothing gets heated. We ordered another and are hoping for another long run of success.

Great Microwave Oven

I really like this microwave. I set it up and started using it in no time at all. I love the big size and especially like the way the back walls and sides are rounded. That makes it so no food get flung into a corner, and is much easier to clean. Exceptional design.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Just what we needed

After extensive online research, this microwave had all the features we like (ie: large capacity, instant cook buttons, lighted interior and the ability to turn off the bell if needed) at the best price. The only thing that kept it from getting 5 stars was that it is a bit loud when running.
I would recommend this to a friend!
