Worked great for the first 6 weeks. Now, all that works are the timer and clock. Seems to function normally, but won't heat anything. Seems like the magnetron might be out. It's going back.

The thing died 3 months after the warranty expired. No parts or support since just out of warranty. Don't waste your hard earned $$ on this product

Seriously if I could give "Zero" stars I would. This is my SECOND MICROWAVE IN A 7 DAY PERIOD. First one was defective right out of the box. Purchased last Monday night and returned last Wednesday morning. I thought it was a fluke so I gave it another chance and exchanged for the same model. BIG MISTAKE!!! This one is far from silent, in fact it is very LOUD when it decides to work which is for 10 seconds then shuts off. Very disappointing. I will not buy another GE product. Pros: None Cons: Weighs a ton, no instructions, defective right out of the box, TWICE

I enjoyed the microwave. It was great. I've had it a year and a half and it just died. It doesn't heat anything. Not happy, won't buy another one from GE.

I bought this microwave 7 months ago. In the past few months, it has been very inconsistent. Sometimes it heats and sometimes it doesn't.
