We bought GE because it has always been a great brand that holds up well. Our last GE microwave lasted 20+ years! This microwave has extra features like a timer, the ability to adjust power levels, and auto-buttons for popcorn, potatoes, etc.

Bought the microwave 2 weeks ago. So far it works well. The size of the microwave is great. The easy-on feature is going to take getting use to using. The buttons are a good size but if the lighting is not bright, they can be difficult to read.

I bought this as a replacement for a GE microwave that stopped working after 12 years. It has a larger capacity than the original and is simple to operate.
