Easy to use, flexible features

I researched quite a few microwaves since I use it often and this one meets all my needs. It is big enough for my 9X13 dish, but does great with smaller sizes. The turntable is built much better than my previous microwave of a different brand.

This microwave replaces a older one that is the same model. Never had problems with older model and have not had nor do we expect to have problems with the new one. The word "dependable" sums up this model best.

Great Investment

I previously owned a GE microwave and after about 15 years of use, I needed to replace it right away. This particular one is also in my office where 28 people use it. Initially, I wanted to purchase this at Walmart, but they did not have it in stock and I needed one right away. Instead, I bought another brand which I still ended up replacing it because my 92 year old mother could not see the panel; therefore, I used bumper guards to help her with it. Then after about 2 weeks one of the buttons on the touch panel stopped working. I am already familiar with this particular microwave since it is my office. It hits perfectly. I prefer the GE brand for microwaves because of how long I had the last one. Mom can also see the touch panel on this one much better. She has such low vision she still has to use a flashlight and after she has memorized the buttons, I will add the guard pads so it will be easier for her. Plus, she wanted to make sure we bought another GE brand since the other one lasted so long!
