really glad I bought this larger size since we have no problem heating more than one dish at a time. Very reliable, well made with lots of settings. Happy!

I had this same model microwave since 2009. It just stopped heating last week. Had it for 11 years. Based on such good quality i went out and bought the same model number microwave. Had to wait a few days for it since it was not in stock in any stores.

I LOVE that the interior is “rounded!”

Yes! The interior of this micro is ROUNDED and that makes it far easier to clean compared to its older version. Also, I appreciate that the features on the from are the same as it’s older model because I really liked the way it worked so smoothly and it was easy to figure out what you were doing without having to consult the instructions.

Used about one year and three months. Then the timer almost quit working about half of the time.

From what I read, I think my diode went out after just six months. Would not recommend.

No power to microwave

This microwave is a very expensive paper weight. Four weeks ago it had no power so I unplugged and plugged back in and it worked. Today it lost power again but will not power up on any outlet. Confirmed that all outlets are working. The manual is very unhelpful and there is very little information for fixing this problem. Definitely wouldn't recommend.
