A Good Buy for the Money

A bit confusing to get started. Partly my fault, not being familiar with the key pad and its functions. Once I became familiar with the key pad commands I was happy. Functionally, it is a great unit I have two issues: would like to have a "Keep Warm" function & like all these units closing the door makes a lot of noise, likewise opening it but not as bad as closing it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought this about a month ago - Really like the way it does potatoes and the quick buttons for time selection. Still getting used to not having a handle to open/close.

love the large size

i was surprised at how large this oven is. i was afraid it wouldn't fit into the space but it fit fine. i cook bacon a lot. it finally fits on the plate and can rotate without being obstructed. love the reheat feature. the temperture is always perfect without being overcooked. looks nice too. the price is reasonable for the quality of the product.

CORD WAY TOO SHORT!

I just purchased this microwave today. In setting it up this evening the electrical cord is too short!! We have it on a microwave stand. The electrical socket is right next to the stand and the cord is too short! We had to move cart over but now it is off centered in the kitchen. Hate to return for such a silly reason but having to sit off-centered is a real eye sore. Just an inch longer and it would have been fine. I haven't used the microwave yet but I'm already not pleased at all because of the short cord. Seems rather silly to have to put on an extension cord for an inch.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
