We use this microwave to replace old ones in our 37 units. They work excellent and we have had no issues with any we have installed. We have used this model as replacements for 2 years now.

Unit is attractive and does what a microwave should do. I like the one touch express cook buttons, and the sensor cook buttons (i'm still experimenting with these). Work great for beverages. It has a noticeable hum when running, so I would tell a friend to shop around. I would have done so also but I was trying to match other white appliances and this one fit perfectly with the others in the kitchen.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Microwave

We had a similar microwave for ten years. When that one no longer functioned, we went looking for similar product. This model was very similar so there was no learning curve for this mature family.
