Replacing GE microwave from 1999

I replaced my GE microwave I purchased in 1999. I never had any problems with the unit for 17 years and when I found it had died one day, I didn't even look at other brands. I checked out the different models GE provided however I was determined to purchase from GE. I also purchased a GE Gas Stove in 1999/2000 and happy with it as well. I would recommend GE products to anyone who asks.

Great Microwave!

Great Microwave! Automatic sensors are "Spot On!" Easy to maintain and operate. Only downside - A printed manual could have been provided. Called for one - received documentation that was merely printed from online and stapled together. But a fine microwave overall.

The model I purchased is great. I bought an 1100+ kw and the cooking and heating times are significantly shorter than what is recommended on the directions of the boxes.

old GE better

I bought this ge MIcro wave because was great, this make humming Noise,all thru the house-- returned to the maintenance section where we bought it --they said it great--so were living with it ,, No more Ge Products

When we moved to a retirement community, we needed to purchase a microwave oven for our new home. The condo we left had GE microwave over the stove; the features and controls were convient to use.

I received this as a Christmas gift and I love it. Large interior space, panel has large numbers and words and the push buttons are large also. As we age those are important.
