Replaced an in-cabinet microwave that had to be the right size. Very easy to match. And buttons are labeled to do what you want with ease.

Stopped working

This is our second purchase of the same microwave. I give it 2 stars because, overall, this microwave worked great for almost 2 years. Then it suddenly stopped working. We had to buy the same one again due to size and availability but would not have done so otherwise. This one will probably stop working after a short time as well and it is not an inexpensive microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We love the product for size and power. But there are a few draw backs . No Rice button in menu in front . Pad fingerprints easily. Not keen on open button for the door. Nice looking ,extremely large ,and very powerful .
