Only lasted two years

Only lasted two years, the only reason bought again is because didn't want to pay for another microwave trim kit which are more expensive than the micro. Bought the instore 2 year protection. Here's to keepin your fingers crossed.

Less than perfect

The door requires effort to make sure it's closed and the touch buttons require a lot of pressure to work. This model is not as good as the 11-year old model it replaced.

Microwave will not sit level..

I purchased this product today and one of the snap in feet were missing when I opened the box. It was not in the bottom of the box or in the wrapping.
I used a small piece of 1/4" plywood to level the microwave oven.

Turntable issues

When the heating cycle is complete, the turntable does not return to the place it began. This is inconvenient when I have to reach to the back of the oven to retrieve my dish. It is even worse when the handle of a cup is located to the back of the oven.
