Over the past year and a half we had 3 of these...all quit heating after about 3 months..thanks to Lowes replacement plans we were able to get a different brand

Two features I really appreciate- the delayed cook feature, and the beep alert after cooking that occurs every 30 seconds, so that you don't forget. This is especially useful when reheating coffee, which is something you may forget about otherwise.

My wife wanted a microwave that had one button push for time and a heat sensor that heated food. We got it all with this unit. Very pleased and it doesn't burn the popcorn. (^:
