Difficult to use

Without an owners manual it is difficult to use. Operates so much differently than most. Even a 4 page quick start guide in the box would be helpful, because believe it or not, everyone doesn't have access to internet. More steps than necessary to perform simple operations. I won't buy one again.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Nice looking but loud close

I had one of these that was purchased in 2012 and had to replace them after 9 years but I don’t like how loud it closes
