everything about thi is great especially the power

this is my second GE Micro oven, i just killed it, i cooked a pot pie in it for the amount of time ( it said 3 1/2 to 4 mins , i did the 4, ) like usual, i like my food hot and for some reason this one burned , well it didn't catch on fire but the smoke was terrible, thick and yellow, no matter how much i cleaned it the smell was there every time it was used, so had no choice,, by the way did i say it was only 7 years old, working great too, so i take the blame, now i am expecting this new one to be as great.
I would recommend this to a friend!

have had to replace ge micro-wave oven three times in 9 years poor quality.

I purchased the same micorwave in 2000 and it just broke in 2017. Yes I had the same microwave for 17 years. I was a $25 dollars less than this one or more.
The difference I see is the door was not made of plastic face.. it was a sturdier door. The rest of it looks the same. I am hoping this one lasts 17 years also.

I bought this microwave oven as a replacement for its predecessor which I liked very much. I like this one too, however, its touch controls are not as crisp and as responsive to the finger as the controls of its predecessor. I find that I often have to press the control a second time.

FANTASTIC VALUE FOR THE MONEY

This is a great workhorse microwave, fit for heavy use by a family, and fits large bowls and platters. It looks nice, too. Basic functions, really all that you need.
