We use our microwave all the time so when we had to replace ours I wanted a good one. I chose this brand due to reputation, have other GHEproducts and for the width. Had it a few months and its worked well.

Bought this to replace a predecessor model which we owned since 2004. We love that one, feel we got plenty of service out of it, and so replaced it with a model which is almost identical.
