The first one I bought a year ago, started to go, but GE replaced it with the exact same model. I have been using it for about 2 months. I still love all the features.

This is my second JES2051DNBB, I used the first one multiple times each day, for almost 9 years, until it went to Chef Heaven. So there was no question, that I would buy another GE Microwave. I love everything about this microwave, the sleek look, easy to use, dependable and best of all not any service problems! This is an overall outstanding product, I recommend it without reservation!

Works great. The perfect amount of power to heat things up without making them scalding. The preset buttons/settings are also pretty accurate. Love that you can lock the buttons!
