Like the new microwave with the exception on the sound.... it is too loud when being operated and the Door is very loud when being closed.

Protective film was apparently applied before stainless trim making clean removal impossible and enhancing potential damage to finish when attempting to remove!!

It is okay for what it does. we do like the product but it does not seem to last long enough. This is the 3rd one we have purchased. Never lasting more than a few years. We like the ease of use and features. We just know we are going to have to purchase another every few years.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
