Our first one lasted through 13 years of heavy use. Since we had a custom space we wanted another one just like the first one so we were thrilled to purchase this new machine.

It's an excellent microwave. Very large, which is good as I have a large family. The potato button is really nice. I've put 6 large potatoes in the microwave at once and they cook to perfection using the potato setting.
The only thing I'm not fond of is the numbers 1-6 express buttons. And I don't like express buttons on any microwave. So that's just a personal choice.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the quality of the product. The only feature I do not like is the display. You have to be able to looking directly in front of microwave to see the time. It's like it is not centered but to the right.
