Sleek and nice looking

I’ve had this microwave for about 6 weeks. I’ve been struggling with how to use the many features. I just received the instruction manual YESTERDAY. I don’t understand why they don’t include them with the appliance. Maybe one I can use the features I can give it a better rating.

This is the second time I bought this microwave. My last one lasted for many years before it died, and I wanted exactly the same model as I loved it so much. I even convinced a couple who were in the store shopping for microwaves to get this one...they bought the stainless, and I purchased the black.

Too Noisy

Opening and closing the door is way too loud.
Glass turntable is too smooth, items slide all over when it spins.
Over all make the unit sound like it is made of tin.
Normal microwave functions seem fine.
