We are sincerely sorry your microwave's power level button is not operating properly so soon into its lifespan and truly understand how that would be frustrating. We are seeing that this microwave is a "Return to Vendor" model as parts for it are extremely limited. Great Microwave

The house we purchased 7 years ago had a very similar GE Profile microwave which was very well built, large enough for a big family, and had all the features of much higher priced units.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Not much of a learning curve. This unit is a replacement for an eight year old unit that we retired.

This was a replacement for our over oven microwave, the same model we had for 12 years, it was a great microwave so we replaced it with the same model, 'nuf said!
