It does have great features...

I've had many Microwaves, but this one really is the best I've had.. I usually get Sharp... I love that it has a 16" carousel for casserole dishes.. I use my microwave more than my stove or oven. It's so easy to cook or defrost items.. I'm so spoiled. Thank you!

I bought this because the one I had got a chip in it and would sparkle when turned on . The one is a lot quieter and looks better.

BIG AND BULKY

Just installed this microwave and was surprised how big and bulky it is. Probably my own fault for not paying enough attention to the size requirements when I ordered it online. Nothing special about its capabilities. Pretty standard. I registered the product and was surprised and a little angry about how intrusive GE is with the information they demand for you to register the product. Particularly grating is their demanding a phone number you must provide.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Huge!

So far I like it. It's huge but good. It takes a little getting used to the updated features such as heating food but I like the ease of it and the sleek black color.

Wonderful quick options!

I love the one touch options for heating food. Any number of minutes up to 6 can be done with one push of a button. Adding 30 seconds is also one option.
My only concern is that the reheat sensor makes the food entirely too hot. It needs adjusting.
