I am disappointed with this one. I had the same kind for several years and had no problems. This one has a crackle when it first starts right from the beginning that I started to use it. The old one let me change power when it was working and this one does not. Pad has to be pressed hard to register.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Fit our original built-in frame

Bought because it fit the frame for our previous built-in microwave. Took a while to figure which one replaced our previous model, which lasted 8 years.
