Best microwave I have ever owned!

I LOVE this microwave! The size, features, power and design was exactly what I was looking for. What used to cook in several minutes in my old microwave is now piping hot in 1 minute or less. The turntable and overall interior size handles even my largest casserole dish. Very impressed with my new GE.

We bought almost the same thing 10 years ago. Never had a problem with it until it died. Bought the larger model this time because we knew what all of the buttons mean and it fits our larger dishes. I think this one was actually cheaper!

Nice microwave, but a loud, and more "industrial".

We got this microwave to match our stove, and because it is large enough to fit into our cabinetry. We had one before, but the door latch wore out, and we could not find replacement parts. The first model we had wasn't bad, but this newer model has a few changes. For some reason, everything about it is louder; the door, when running, the beeping, etc. We notice you cannot choose the beep volume like in the last version. The digital readout has a more industrial font. It's OK, but not great.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I have had several microwaves over the years. This has been the best! It's sturdy and reliable and the control panel is clear and easy to use. It's easy to clean and keep clean and it's interior cooking dimensions can handle just about anything you could want to cook. It also fits perfectly in my over the stove Broan hood microwave holder.If you buy it you won't be disappointed. I haven 't checked if Braun still makes the hood in case you want the over the stove application. Check with Broan for that.
