Got unit as a gift for Christmas and used it the next 2 days for small heat ups. On the 2nd day while heating up 2 bowls of soup it died. Just before the cycle ended about 4-5 seconds before the end the light shut down and it got quiet. Opened the door and light did not come on. Unplugged it and plugged back in no interior light and will not heat. The display still functions and when you try to start it you only hear a click. Will be brought back to store not sure if we will exchange it or get a different maker.

Instant buttons, programmable power levels, add 30 seconds feature and it's a great size with powerful wattage - all at a terrific price! We are *very* happy with this microwave!!

Our last microwave gave out after only three years. It was a slightly different model number. Here's to hoping we don't have the same problem with this microwave. I loved the features on the microwave.

This is our second one, first burnt out after many years service. I was surprised they still make the same one, so we snapped it up. Great microwave and a great price

Love the MUTE button!

This is the second microwave I have purhcased, same model. Love the size, ease of use and the MUTE BUTTON! With a day sleeper in the house, the MUTE button is a essential need at hour home. Hard to find them with this feature anymore and I hope GE keeps this feature on them and I will be back again if I need to!
