This unit has all the bells and whistles that we were looking for and the size is a bonus with the rounded cove interior for easy cleaning.

Good large capacity, problem with power cord

The problem with this microwave is that the power cord is too short. We haven't had a problem before and now we have to move our outlet to accommodate this unit.

Great, but no rice button

It has lots of room. A bigger turntable than my last one. It is easy to keep clean both inside and out. The only thing that I really miss is an option for Rice.

We purchased a very similar GE microwave model over 12 years ago. Very recently it stopped working. Because we had no problems with it, we purchased the updated version. Fingers crossed that the new one will last as long. Good looking and easy to use!

instructions very poor

The instructions do not match the product. Even setting the clock upon power up doesn't work. One page of one-size-fits-all directions is not clear. All microwaves are not the same. Can't wait to see what happens when we cook, if only we can figure out how the controls work...
