We love it...this is the 2nd one we've had just like..the other was year old, a lot. Of years, it still worked, but wouldn't heat..since it was so old, we just replaced ir, and we love it!

Had a Massive power surge due to a severe storm and blew out the Klystron. Bought an almost identical one to replace. Very happy with GE appliances for years. Familiar since the 60s. Always high quality for the price.

Works fine, but will it last?

I’m having no problems with this unit, and in fact, has more features than my old one did. However, that one was bought in 1990. Will this last anywhere near as long? Doubtful, as the build quality doesn’t seem to be the same. Time will tell.
