We loved it

We had two new microwaves within 6 months that both stopped working. We bought this same one as a replacement and wouldn’t you know 2 months past the one year warranty it stops cooking! We bought this same one hoping it’s a fluke. GE is a great brand. Just wish there was something they could have done to help. We will see how this new one goes. And post a review from this one.

I find that the key pad is very touchie, it needs added pressure to enter request, I also found that Stainless Steel is only the front cover, the microwave is black. I would have liked the inside color to be gray

We got this microwave as part of the new construction and from the earlier months it had problems. The vent feature wont turn off and we would have to unplug the microwave to get it to stop working. It stopped working after only 2 and half years and now won't turn on at all. I would expect better from a GE microwave
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I needed a replacement for a broken microwave. I needed to stay within my budget and I wanted to get a different brand. I found this this one priced within my budget. It has features I would have expected on a much more expensive model. It cooks evenly and the recommended times are right on. I'm very happy with my purchase.
