older built in unit had a timer failure, and would start when you open the door. did caparison of unit out in the market and also dimensions. this microwave had the proper dimensions and features that i was looking for and also it fit in the built in space.

Dependable counter top microwave

We like the microwave and how it works. The settings are different from some others we've had, but after printing out the entire owners manual we figured them out.

Microwave would not heat water. Would not warm a cookie. Was returned.

Works great and good size but loud

This microwave is a great size and looks great. Works like a microwave should, but makes a loud vibrating sound that if I squeeze the sides goes away. Like the outer walls aren’t secure. Also the feet aren’t level. Had to add a felt pad under one because it was rocking.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
