GE Microwave Oven

We like the GE microwave oven for most of its buttons and operation. What we do not like is having to touch the TIME COOK button for quick heating, for example, a cup of coffee. We like to just touch the amount of time desired to warm up an item rather than use the TIME COOK button and then press START.

Timer beeper could be better

When using the timer function it goes off and NEVER QUITS!!!! Why couldn't you come up with something else? The cook timer just beeps every so often after it completes its cycle. Thank would be a lot better.

This unit replaced one we had for 25 years of daily use. Our second day of use initiated an strange grinding sound like gears turning the tray were slipping. It's not consistant; some days it's not there. Take it back and get the standard "Can't duplicate problem". So we keep it.
