The one button features on the front panel make it very easy to use; Reheat, Potato, Popcorn for just a few. Love it.

It appears to be cheaply made. I can envision the open button breaking soon. A handle would have been better. The number keypad should be pressed for timed cooking instead of pushing another button then the number keypad.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Good features but.....

Good features but the quality of the microwave isn't great. The door seems flimsy..Not as durable as they used to be....This is the second one in less than 30 days. Had to return the other because the door didn't close right. This one was ordered and the door is flimsy.

we had a very old microwave and needed a new one,this new one is much better than our old one,except I had to learn all the new features which we did not have before.
