Could be better

First it came w/out a user manual. After I downloaded over 30 pages, it still didn't give me exact directions for some categories. Even now in order to get it to heat for a 3 minute or any time I have to open the door hit the category, set time , close the door and hit start. If I hit category, w/ door closed, time and start I get a message " food " and it does nothing. There's nothing in the manual about this or what to do. PLUS it doesn't have a lot of features that my other one did, that I got elsewhere years ago. If I still had the box, I'd return it in a second.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

We got this microwave for the office. It's very easy to use. There are so many features and quick buttons. For the money, it was a nice addition to our kitchen area.

My husband surprised me with my microwave for Christmas and I love it! It heats up very fast and I love the size of it. Easy to use and big enough for almost anything I would want to cook.
