We purchased the counter top microwave 2.0 much larger than our previous microwaves. We enjoy the options and features especially the sound mute!

Too early to tell. This replaced an identical one purchased three months ago which stopped heating. So, we'll be happy to review this if it lasts longer than the last one.

To freaking big

I got this is a gift December 2022 and it’s too freaking big. No thought it was given to where I would put it. A nice gift, but I’m going to get rid of it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Poor build quality

We owned the same model for 11 years when it failed. Bought a new one and it's LED display is so far to one side of the window it cannot be read while standing in front of it unless crouching and looking at it straight on. The right front panel (with control surface) isn't secure, it moves back and forth at the bottom and the trim is malformed. Occasionally it won't activate and just displays "food". Pushing "Clear" doesn't help, you have to open and close the door to get it to work again. Thinking of taking it back.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

i love ge products it is only wnen i need repair work done most places charge just as much as the item cost both microwave,refrigirater and stove

Great microwave for the price and fits the location we need to put it in. It is more wattage than our previous one. The buttons feel a bit like the plastic covering them will not last but we are happy with the appliance.
