I love the light comes on when opened. It has a mute button so will not sound when food is done. Popcorn button cooks it perfectly

High hopes dashed the first time we turned it on! Loud rattle coming from the left side.We had to make several adjustments to make it bearable. Still makes the rattle, not sure what to do about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
