This unit was purchased because our previous microwave was worn out from substantial use by our nursing staff. We have found this new unit to be equal or better in quality. This is our second GE microwave and certainly won't be our last.

Big, beautiful, works great and quiet. Loving the beeper (on/off!) feature. It replaced a smaller GE microwave that still worked after many many years but was getting shabby. Happy with purchase!

Best microwave I’ve ever had!

My built in microwave stopped working 3 days before Christmas. I was a bit frantic because I use my microwave a lot. We couldn’t replace the built in for a while, so we decided on a counter top. This microwave is just fantastic! It cooks better than the built in, is easier to use and good looking, too. Now, when we are able to replace the built in, I’ll replace it with a conventional oven and keep my counter top!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Keys are hard to press sometimes. I also do not like the steps needed to change the power level, should set power level first then time. Like the add 30 seconds key.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
