No complaints other than it's much larger than I expected and it was difficult finding a place for it but that's no fault of GE's.

This microwave is perfect for all your needs. As a couple with an empty nest, we use it daily alot for day to day heating and cooking. And as parents and grandparents, it REALLY comes in handy for the whole family coming over for a visit.

One touch operation and great power

Love the one touch operation. Just touch a number for that many minutes. Easy clean up, plenty of room for large dishes and plenty of power for all needs.

Bad magnatron

This unit was scary right out of the box — it was so loud that we could not talk in the kitchen. The top of the microwave got super hot to the touch and we were afraid of it. It got returned to the store for a refund. That’s too bad as it was a replacement for the same model GE microwave. That one lasted 3 years which I guess is about normal for appliances now.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
