Good features but

Features of the product are fine. Performance is another matter. Our old GE 1500 watt heated items on power setting 6 great. With this unit we have to use power setting 7 or higher to heat items to the same level as our old GE did.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There was no glass turntable with this microwave even though it was listed on the box as included. The box was sealed and packing materials were intact . Box did not appear to have been opened. Luckily we still had the turntable from our old microwave that just fit.

Love this microwave

We had its predecessor for 35 years, purchased in 1985 and were very happy with it. When it finally failed, we were shopping for a replacement and found this one, which appeared, on the most part, to be identical to the one we just lost. We are very happy with it and highly recommend it!

Two things that kept me from giving it a five star rating. First, it doesn’t really seem to heat as hot as my last 1100 w microwave. And secondly, I can’t keep the turntable from turning. Otherwise it is great.

One of the best microwaves I've owned my last on was a little smaller but practically identical and it lasted 8 years. Great product
