Loud and Noisy

Wife convinced me to purchase this GE microwave to replace our previous GE microwave which lasted less than 5 years. This thing is noisy and vibrates on the counter. We will see how long this one will last.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Large cooking area

Overall we are happy with our new microwave. The cooking area is rounded making more space for larger cookware. However there were some scratches on the outside of the door. Need to put plastic over the door front for shipping protection.

I do not recommend this product. It died 3 months after the one year warranty expired. So sad. If GE replaces the product, I will revise my review.

EASY TO USE GREAT FEATURES

THE FIRST ONE QUIT WORKING AFTER 10 MONTHS OF USE AND IT WAS EASY TO GET A HOLD OF GE AND GET A REPLACEMENT. AND I STILL BOUGHT ANOTHER ONE JUST LIKE THE ONE I HAD.

Good Replacement

Our 10 y.o. oven failed and we needed a new one. This is a different brand and I liked the others placement of buttons better, plus it had a quick dial but I'm sure I'll get used to it. Inside is large, fairly quiet when running. I wish they would have put the Start & Clear buttons at the bottom where the AM/PM and Clock buttons are. I couldn't figure out the POWER for HI, low, medium becuz you don't keep hitting the button, you have to put in time, then power and then it corresponds to a number on the keypad...many more steps. It shows fingerprints/smudge marks a lot. All in all, a good machine so far (2 days).
