Easy, just like my old one, but hotter.

I've been using a GE microwave since I got married in 1991, and the buttons are pretty much the same. I do love the popcorn feature on the new one. It somehow makes perfect popcorn every time.

This is the second of the same microwave. First one finally gave up the ghost. This is a wonderful, reasonably priced microwave. Big enough to cook large food items with the 16" turntable. I know they have all of these new, fancy microwaves, but this is workhorse at a fraction of the cost.

I bought this same model back in 2009 and I finally had to replace it. Yes it lasted 11 years. I hope this one I just bought lasts another 11 years.

I HAVE NOT HAD THE PRODUCT LONG ENOUGH TO EVALUATE IT BUT THE LITTLE I HAVE USED IT I AM WELL PLEASED WITH IT AND HAVE USED OTHER G E PRODUCTS IN THE PAST AND ALL HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFACTORY

My previous GE microwave never had a single issue and I'm sure my new microwave will be the same. It's easy to use and has a lot of features. The 1200 watts makes it powerful

Short life, nice features

Nice features but short life expectancy. This is the third one of this model that we’ve owned. The last one lasted 2 1/2 years. The one before that one lasted 2 years. My daughter had one of this same model, and it lasted just one week past the 1 year warranty. I’ll try one more time with this brand and model.
