totally disappointed in the control panel would nver have purchased if I was aware of the way it worked. You have taken something that was so easy to use and made it complicated with more steps to do something that was ssimple. No sofen feature, not auto defrost, not able to us the timer without food in the mocrowave. Purchased it because of the rounded insides as that is what I had before and loved this feature
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since I'm a senior and have been around a while, I feel I have a wise judgement of good and bad quality appliances. GE has always been my first choice. Good quality for the money!!!
