Purchased this as a replacement on a less than two year old microwave (not GE). This was my third microwave in less than six years. Hopefully this purchase will not reinforce my previous experiences with GE products.

this is the 4th replacement over 4 yrs. always same prob. heating element goes bad.
1st one lasted only 14 months, 2nd only 15 months, 3rd only 9 months. hope this one lasts a while.

I purchased this model 10 years ago and used it 24/7 for most of my meals and snacks. This model has many of the optional features to cook or prep all types of meals.

The first one we bought had a defect in the door seal. It was replaced and ccx so far no issues. The biggest thing we noticed is the quality is not at the previous level. It is down a bit.

Very good microwave so far. Popcorn button is perfect. Looks good on the counter and can put a lot of stuff in it. Heats fast. Like the mute the "beep" button.
