Already having trouble

Had last microwave from other maker for 18 years. Have had this one for 2 months and the button you push in to open already does not work 99% of the time. Microwave works; just have trouble getting it open.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I like all the functions, I really like that when you open the door it stops beeping when time is up, very light, I wish the feet where more grippy, the light weight creates a tinny noise when you close the door, I have had it now about 4 weeks, I would buy again
