We love the fact that you can turn off the beeper. It seems to have a pretty good sensing system to reheat things. My previous microwave had a handle to open the door....we do miss that. "Add 30 seconds" a nice option. Large capacity for bigger items. Popcorn button only works good on prepackaged microwave popcorn...Still figuring out how long to time the regular popcorn kernels. Otherwise, we are still getting use to using all the
features. A review from someone mentioned that Consumer Reports liked it...so that's why I bought it.

Bought and installed one of these on 16 July 2019. Replaced it on May 26 2020. We’ll see if this one last any better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
