Bullet Proof!! Fast.

We have 4 kids. This thing works constantly. 3 years so far.
It just works.
It is hot. (1700 watts?) Cup of coffee in 30 seconds. One button - GO!
It cleans easily. Wipe with a wet towel and it is clean.

We have only had the microwave a week, but we love it! The reheat and beverage feature work great! It does leave fingerprints, but it’s not an issue.

We bought the same microwave about 5 years ago. It completely quit: no lights, sound, display, etc. It gave no warning and the fuse was still fine. We loved the size of this microwave as well as the functions and got a lot of use out of it, so we decided to buy the updated model.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Short lived but I still love it

I bought this microwave to replace an identical one that started heating erratically after fewer than three years. Didn't know until I went to register the new one that an alarmingly high number of people noted its short life span. Had I done proper research, I might not have bought the same one again, but I really, really love the way this microwave works and how easy it is to clean. Reduced rating by 1 star for inexcusable lack of documentation.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
