Had the older model (JES2051DN3BB) for many years before it quit working. Was very happy with the service we had from it.

This is the second of the same microwave from GE that we have used. The first fit so well, and worked flawlessly for so many years in the kitchen my wife and I remodeled in our previous home that we left it behind when we moved on. When we moved into our new home the existing microwave (although it was a well respected competitive brand) could not satisfy the ease of use, size, or capabilities of our prior GE—we had to get another one!

We had this same microwave for 10 years with no issues or problems at all until it died from excessive use over the past 5 years, It is worth every penny I spent on it!

New Micorwave Oven

The keys are really hard to touch. For doesn't close smoothly. Not worth the value for money. Bought it only to match the looks and trim for the previous microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
