Love it so far!

I really like this product. The only thing is my old microwave that had a rice button, so I didn't have to think about measuring water/rice. I do miss that feature. Overall I really like this new one.

Best replacement for previous large microwave

Our microwave died and we wanted to replace it with something similar. We chose this one and discovered we made a very good decision. Love the defrost mode and popcorn button which works so much like our old one. Great looking addition to our kitchen

I like the microwave, but I'm not in love with it. It feels clunkier than our old one, as if the designers took a step back. We only purchased this one after our old GE one went on the fritz. GE no longer makes the old model, so we went with this one due to the parameters of our space. It just feels like GE went back to the 2010s, instead of trying to add more updated features.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love the microwave. It was replacing an older model of the same brand and model. It has a spacious inside and I love the curved interior. Has the same features as the one it was replacing so no learning curve was needed.

Great touch pad. The owners manual sucks.

The owners manual does not tell you anything about how to use the oven. It does not even give you instructions on how to work the power level. There is no way to mitigate the power level from 10's. Why can I not use 35% instead of 30% or 40%. In todays world the computer should at least be able to do what I ask of it.
